- Mendota Corporate Centre, Phase II: This project involves the construction of a 50,000 square foot office building on the 12 acre campus of Mendota Corporate Centre owned by DENNIS Properties. For leasing information contact leasing@dennisproperties.com
- Gateway: This project is a 50 acre mixed use development at the northeast quadrant of Manning Avenue and Highway 36 in Stillwater, MN. - Marina Village: This is a proposal for a mixed use project redeveloping a portion of a marina on White Bear Lake, MN. The proposal is currently being reviewed by the City of White Bear Lake in response to its Request for Proposal. To review sketches and elevations of Marina Village, click here.
- Radio Drive 76 Acres: This parcel of 76 acres is located in Woodbury, Minnesota across the street from the Bielenberg Sport Center and the new Woodbury East Ridge High School. The parcel is zoned for mixed residential uses. For location maps, click here
